Our Mission
The Charleston Carriage Association for Responsible Equine Safety (Charleston CARES) was established in 2017 to educate the public about the love and care we provide for our animals and dispel the myths that surround our industry. The members of Charleston CARES follow rigorous health and safety protocols and strive to be the gold standard of equine care in the nation.
